Additional Terms

1. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided by DoorXpert shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation prior to pursuing legal action.

 

2. Changes to Terms:

DoorXpert reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of DoorXpert’s services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

 

3. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
