The customer is responsible for ensuring that the installation area is accessible and prepared for service on the scheduled date. DoorXpert is not liable for delays or additional charges resulting from inaccessible or unprepared installation sites.

 

2. Product Warranty:

DoorXpert installs products with manufacturer warranties. Any issues beyond the installation process are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty. DoorXpert will assist in connecting customers with the manufacturer if needed.

 

3. Liability Disclaimer:

DoorXpert is not liable for any damages resulting from misuse, unauthorized repairs, or alterations made to the installed products after installation. Additionally, DoorXpert is not responsible for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of installed products.

 

4. Privacy Policy:

DoorXpert respects customer privacy. Personal information collected during the purchase and installation process will not be shared with third parties without customer consent, except as required by law. DoorXpert complies with applicable privacy laws in Oklahoma and ensures the protection of all customer data.
