DoorXpert’s refund and return policies are as follows:

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

Full refunds are available if the service is canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled installation date.

Cancellations made within 48 hours are eligible for a partial refund, minus a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after the installation has commenced.

 

2. Partial Refunds:

If a customer requests a reschedule within 48 hours of the scheduled installation date, a rescheduling fee may apply, but no refund will be provided.

 

3. Return Policy:

Any equipment or materials provided by DoorXpert as part of the installation service are non-returnable once installed. The customer assumes ownership of these items upon installation, and any defects or issues fall under the manufacturer’s warranty.

 

4. Refund Process:

Refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 10 business days and issued to the original payment method. DoorXpert is not responsible for delays caused by the customer’s financial institution.
