By purchasing a service from DoorXpert, the customer agrees to the following terms:

1. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase to confirm and secure the scheduled installation date.


2. Scheduling: Upon receiving payment, the installation will be scheduled within 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays). Customers will receive a confirmation email with the specific date and time of their installation.


3. Cancellation:

Cancellation Notice: If the customer needs to cancel or reschedule their service, they must provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled installation date.

Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled installation date will incur a 20% cancellation fee. This fee covers administrative and scheduling costs incurred by DoorXpert.

Rescheduling: Customers who wish to reschedule within the 48-hour window may also incur additional fees based on the availability of installation dates and times.

 

4. Installation Guarantee: DoorXpert provides a professional installation guarantee. Any issues resulting from faulty installation will be resolved at no additional cost if reported within 30 days of the installation date. This guarantee does not cover damages resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or repairs by third parties.
